FAQ
Who are you?
I'm an Englishman in his early thirties living in the heart of North Yorkshire – easily the finest place on Earth.
What is the purpose of this site?
To secure for me the title of “Supreme Dictator of the Earth” by the age of 40. Should be a doddle.
You seem strangely familiar, have we met before?
No, it's just your imagination.
Why “lemon garden”?
I like it. No other reason than that. I have no garden and only occasionally possess lemons.

The Blog
The blog on lemongarden.co.uk is powered by Wordpress. All the web design was done by hand, by me, using either jEdit on Linux or TextWrangler on Mac OS X. The pictures were all created by me, except where otherwise indicated, using a digital camera (Fuji Finepix 1300) and GIMP.
Comments
The first time you leave a comment, it will be held for moderation before it appears to the world at large. This is purely to discourage comment spammers. Once you have an approved comment, you will thereafter be able to comment without interruption.
If you are going to include links within your comment, please limit yourself to one per comment. This helps me separate legitimate comments from those left by dastardly comment spammers.
I also insist that you identify yourself with a name and email address when leaving a comment. Your email address will never be exposed to public scrutiny, nor shared with anyone else. The two bits of information are used to identify you so that, if you return, you'll not need to re-enter your details. It also helps me keep track of who I'm talking to.
Browser support
I endeavour to design to the relevant web standards throughout, so the site should work in any standards compliant web browser. I don't think I've done anything particularly complex anywhere, so it should also work in browsers with poor standards compliance, such as Internet Explorer. Feel free to let me know through the site comments about any problems you may have.
