The wierd thing is that, on almost every other street, it is free parking - if time limited. So perhaps we’re just penalising those pesky tourists who want to come to our town when it’s sunny.

How long before someone tapes a black bag over the solar panel, or vandalises it?
Great idea though - but I suspect the panel needs to be 12 feet higher…

*shocked* We don’t have vandals in Harrogate. We’re civilised up here you know.
