see the pretty pictures

My mobile phone boasts a rather nifty 1.3 megapixel camera. So I thought I’d brighten things up by having a little picture post. Probably not ideal for those who read this blog through the rss feed, but I can’t please everyone…

The ruins of Jervaulx Abbey
Here we see Jervaulx Abbey, a lovely ruined abbey in the middle of Wensleydale bedecked with more wild flowers than you could shake a very big stick at. The nearby cafe does a very nice carrot cake.
The view from my office window
Some of Harrogate, as seen from my office window. The big dome belongs to the Royal Baths where my great-great uncle worked as a bath attendent about 100 years ago.
Sheep blocking the road
Some sheep. Exciting, eh?

Just subscribed to your feed today and didn’t get the photos in the feed so nothing to worry about there….unless we should have got the photos…..
